Ok I was a  New Kids on The Block freak I have all the dolls, and I have a puzzle of them and Yes I still have them LOL

Well this Friday is our book club meeting at my houe and we are watching hte movie to go along with the short story The Bicentennial man which stars Robin Williams.

So the new book for July has been chossen as well it is The Chamber by John Grisham lucky enough I don't ave to buy it or borrow it from the libary becaue I already own it.

So I guess I better start reading this book I have owned it for a while but never got around to reading it now I will

Well on the weekend down home they had a forest fire that was out of control and had to evacuate close to 5,000 people.It started Friday and went until yesterday there are still hot spots hat they are being taken care of. Tehy had to call in for helpf rrom New Brunswick,Newfounland and Quebec for the water bomber sto help out.

The winds were very strong on Friday and the fire actually jumped over the lake and highway. My sister was onthe lsit to be evacuated next on Saturday but they were able to return home becaue the wind died down and they were nolonge in danger.

Most of the peopel evacuated were allowed to go home Sunday night and the remaining 50 peopel were allowed to go home yesterday.

With the mass of forest lost the good news is no one was hurt and the fire  only destroyed  2 homes and damaged 5 others.

Iam glad the fire fighters and all volunteers came out unharm and they did a very good job in controlling the fire.

There a days I wish we could pickour son's friends. I know they are stil young and friends wil come and go but sometimes there is that one friend that might jsut stick around through their whole life unfortunally we can not pick them for them. LOl.

Mind you there are days I wish we could.Austina nd COdy have a few friends inthe neighbourhood that go to a different school so they only play with them after school and on weekends. A few of them are a year older then Austin. But they 2 of them seem ok.

It's the ounger ones that are a year older then Cody that get on my nerves, One jsut walks on in with out knocking and he informs me htt his mother said its ok if he comes in to play without asking me and when Itell him no its not ok becaue Dylan is napping or Iam washing hte floors he says but my mom says its ok. grrr listen to what Iam saying PLEASE.Iam saying no. Also to top it off he was trying to choke my oldest son the other day too.

Then there is the other 2 that live only2 doors down from us and they are little brats LOL thats being nice LOL. They so far have broken 2 of my stepping stones int eh backyard and snapped one of my decortive ornaments out there too.

Austin also has his school friends as well that live across the road near the school one of them comes over alot and spends the night on the weekend. But Iam not sure if hes a good kid or not there are days he makes me wonder. Like he brought a bike her one day withno seat on it and 3 times the size of him so it makes me wonder if he stole it. Then they tell stories to Cody that they were being chased by a hobo. So in other words they wer ebugging someone. Also at the age of 8 I have seen him in the stores by himself with out his parents and having his younger brother with him. During the day his 10 year old sister watches him becaue his motehr sleeps during hte day becasue she works at night and his father is at work during the day, They do have a babysitter as well but I guess she isn't also around for the older kids mainly for the younges tone.

So I wish there was a lsit that has to be gone over and signed to pick yoiu childern kdis becaue at this age your not sure who will turn into good kids or bad kids. I jsut hope I have raised my childern well enough for them to know better and to do the right things an dnot be a follower or to be a bad leader either.

So I am wishing the bad kids wil go and the godo kids remain and theat my childern never get into trouble and alsways do the right thing.

Iam still a little surprised but yet i kne wit was coming 5 years ao I said that onceit happened i would go back to work but Iam not becaue Dylan was born.

But the time has come Cody is going to school in September.Orientation is on Thursday at the school. Wow orientation still hard to believe. He will only be going for half days for his first year of school so I will hav ehim here during hte morning and then walk him up at nontime and then pick him up at 3:30pm.

Still not sure where the time went I cannot believe that the time has come.Cody doesn't officially turn five until October but he gets to go to school this year if we were living back home he wouldn't of been starting school until next year.

I sit somedays and think what will I do with myself here with no one to talk too. Dylan still doesn't talk so its not like he can answer me back lol. Also he still goes for naps too so I will have very quiet times around here. I won't have my little guy telling me no mom I don't want to go shoping or can we go to the park first .Or can you come sit with me to watch tv with me. I will miss that.

Some of the best htings of summer is :

outside more

no socks

sandals

shorts

no jackets

heat

BBQ's

don't have to bundle up the kids

The worse thingof summer is thunder and lightening not a big fan of it and we alredy had some

Other then that not much more  that is worse about summer oh wait summer vacation for the kids thats means their friends will be around more grrrr. LOL .

What's on your "To-Do" list today? What are you most looking forward to and what are you most dreading?

hmmm my to do list today consists of

1 Put Dylan down for a nap and then take a shower

2. Dishes

3. laundry- bedsheets and towels

4 shopping for father's day

5. make dinner

6. Pay my Epicure Lady for my spices

short list today LOL for a change hmm now yesterday the list would of been longer LOL

Iam most dreading doing is the bedsheets and towels because I don't have a dryer so I have to hang it all up in the boys room over the bunkbed. I can only do 2 loads a day which is realy bad for a family of 5 it takes 3 days to do laundry and thats only if it dries over night.

Iam looking forward to going shopping surprise surprise LOL 

Well I better go start my to do list or else it won't get done LOL

How many houses have you lived in? How is where you live now different from where you grew up?

Hmm I have lived in 8 houses. LOL wow to many lol the funny thing most of them ar efrom when I move d outon my own with Troy I actually never moved when living at home with mom and dad. I never started moving into differnet houses until I was 21 years old lol

The house I live in now is way different then the house I grew up in 1. its in a different Provience away from the water.

2. this is a row of houses and the house I grew up in is a bungalow.

3. The hosue I grew up in had a big backyeard this one has hardly has a backyeard jsut a little one

4. Now I live with my husband and 3 kids as to when I lived in the first house was with my parents ,3sisters and       brother.

So there are a few differences between the houses .
